My son and I don't get to talk much, because we pretty much have different schedules... but since it's only him and I, we do often go out to dinner together or just out for coffee or ice cream, so those are always good times to talk. And he's very open with me about everything, so it's not been a struggle for us to have 'talks' about anything, really. I think that MAY be due to the fact that it's ALWAYS only been him and I living together, no real family, you know? Who knows?!
